Five event websites rebuilt on a modern static stack in under three months, with same-day updates and no build costs.

The problem
Each show ran on its own WordPress install with its own theme and plugins. Updates and fixes were made site by site, and nothing was shared across the portfolio.
What I built
One pattern, used across the whole portfolio.
Built on a modern static framework with fast hosting. Fast pages, nothing to patch, nothing to log in to.
Shared design and components, so a fix or a new section lands on every site that needs it.
One shared place for news. A post is tagged to the sites it belongs on, and each site picks up its own.
Live data instead of copy-paste. The schedule and exhibitor list come straight from the source systems. A live feed replaced dozens of hand-built session cards.
Staging first. Every change goes to a preview URL, gets checked, then gets promoted to live.
How it works
1Change requestFrom the show team
2Edit in the repoWith an AI coding agent doing the heavy lifting
3Staging previewIts own URL to check
4ReviewA person approves every change
5LiveMinutes after approval
The result
Five sites moved in under three months. The news archive came across intact, and redirects kept nearly every indexed URL working. Content changes now ship the same day, with no build costs.
